STAY AWAY FROM EVIL FRIENDS

(Psalms 41:9) Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.

In Psalms 41, David was on the sickbed. Whilst in that difficulty, he prayed to God for mercy and healing. He was surprised how some of his close friends, people he trusted and ate from the same plate with rose against him. They laughed at him when he was in trouble. This shocked David so he prayed and asked God to judge those people.

In our time, there is no need to pray against such people. Once they make fun of you, your God will deal with them. Also, stay away from such people and ask God to give you genuine friends who will stick closer to you than your siblings (Proverbs 18:24). Halleluyah!

Meditation: (Psalms 41:9) Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.

Activity: Pray fervently in the spirit and declare that you are staying away from evil friends from today forward.

Confession: I am wise. I listen to the advice of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I stay away from evil friends. The God I serve gives me genuine friends. These heavenly-given friends stick closer to me than my siblings. Glory be to God. Halleluyah!

If you have never been born again then make the confession below.

I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.

Congratulations

You can begin to attract God’s goodness into your life from today.
